Childbirth Preparation & Baby Basics Class





This class is NOT like any hospital class you can attend. Offered in a 2 part and 3 part session, Instruction is given to you by a veteran Labor and Delivery RN and a Certified Childbirth Educator. Each session comes with a folder full of educational materials and a small token just for showing up for class! Making the most of your pregnancy, birth, and enjoying life with baby in the 4th trimester is the goal. Whether you are having a homebirth, birth center birth, or going to the hospital, this class will focus on preparing and educating you for the journey of pregnancy.

Love at First Latch Lactation Class





As a Certified Lactation Peer Counselor this class will guide you to know:

-How to prep for delivery

-Debunking the myths

-Mindset work

-Feeling empowered to conquer the first "latch"



Calm Birth Meditation Class





The practice of Calm Birth Meditation creates a bond between you and baby and baby with your partner. Learning breathing techniques to help overcome the discomfort of labor and birth while healing yourself within. Let me walk you through these 4 sessions virtually one on one. Let's become calm together while you gain empowerment through breathing.
